(Every Citizen On Patrol)

E-COP (Every Citizen On Patrol,) is an organization that allows

everyone to utilize their particular area of expertise to enhance the
community. The goal of E-COP is to get citizens involved in crime prevention, community activities, as well as clean-up and
beautification. Citizens will anonymously report any criminal or suspicious activities, work together to bring in entertainment and
activities, assist in cleaning up and beautifying areas in need.

The beauty of this organization is its citizens. No one knows about a community more than its citizens. Everyone is encouraged to take
a look at their surroundings and assess the area. Everyone wants their community to be safe and beautiful; E-COP gives you an
opportunity to be a part of the solution.

E-COP is the solution to what’s wrong with our communities and how to make it right.
E-COP is a multi faceted Program designed to serve many purposes at the same time with minimum efforts from the participants, one of
the main functions is to stop crime in a community thus promoting growth, here is how it works in that aspect let’s say you are riding
along and see a crime being committed instead of looking the other way you pick up your cell phone and call the police the criminal who
might other wise get away is caught instead and the criminal never knows who reported the crime once the word gets out that this is
happening there will be much less crime because criminals don’t know who to hide from, another step is that if officials do not deal with
these problems properly then they will also be reported this includes the Judge and whoever are the powers that be and the issue will
be pressed until the proper thing is done or as a group we will move to remove the official who does not respond properly that is E-cop’
s - ( 0-zero) tolerance policy we not only report Criminals but we report anything and anyone who brings our community down that
includes rude clerks, neglectful parents, price gouging at the Gas pump or anything that can harm us or our community and make it
uncomfortable or undesirable for local citizens or businesses that may want to locate here, so far the outrageous actions of a few has
caused problems for everyone and the offended party has been afraid to speak up for one reason or another well E-COP’s will be here
to stand behind you we not just want to but we will see improvement if we work together and with that comes community pride and
when the community grows we all will benefit lets all the citizens of a community act like brothers and sisters (remember when you
could go shopping and leave your door open) if it is done for a while it will become a habit.
E-COP IS A SIMPLE AND BRILLIANT CONCEPT. A STRATEGY THAT WILL RESULT IN POSITIVE CHANGES IN OUR COMMUNITY. EACH OF US IS
UNIQUELY POSITIONED IN THE COMMUNITY, ABLE TO SEE THINGS THAT NO ONE ELSE MAY SEE. BY GETTING KEY INFORMATION TO
AUTHORITIES WE CAN EXPOSE WRONG DOING AND BEGIN TO BUILD A GREAT COMMUNITY. I ENCOURAGE ALL GOOD MEN AND WOMEN
TO BECOME E-COPS WHEATHER OPENLY OR AS DEEP COVER OPERATIVES.

E-Cop, (Every Citizen On Patrol), is a citizen based organization committed to wiping out crime in our community and promoting growth.
E-Cop utilizes a strategy that allows citizens to report criminal activity while remaining anonymous. E-Cop provides a forum through
which information can be shared and questions answered as to how to best gather and transmit information to the proper authorities.
The key to E-Cop success is that it opens many eyes and ears to criminal activity giving criminals no where to hide. Evil thrives when
good men do nothing E-COP’s has zero tolerance that is how it stands at the moment because as a citizen based organization from time
to time you will be sent information on our progress we also encourage you to submit your ideas on what you feel can or should be
